How long does a website usually take?
Most projects go live within 7–10 business days from the date all your content, brand assets and access are received. Pro builds with complex integrations may take longer — we’ll confirm a timeline in the discovery call.
Is the pricing really one-time?
Yes. Starter, Growth and Pro are all one-time payments. The 2 months of management afterwards are also included free. Ongoing monthly management is optional and starts at ₹1,499/month after the included period.
How does payment work?
We split the project into two milestones: 20% upfront to start development, and the remaining 80% on final delivery before handover. The 20% becomes non-refundable once development begins.
Do you handle Shopify or eCommerce stores?
Yes — Shopify integrations are included on every plan when applicable. For more advanced eCommerce setups (custom checkouts, multi-currency, large product catalogs), we’ll scope it as a custom project.
What happens after the website launches?
You own the website outright — domain, hosting and credentials are all transferred to you. We then run 2 months of free management covering content updates, fixes, monitoring and small improvements. After that, you can continue with a monthly plan or just call us when you need us.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely. We work remotely with clients across time zones, communicate over email and WhatsApp, and bill in your preferred currency where supported. Most calls are scheduled async-friendly.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
For Shopify-based or content-managed builds, yes — we hand over a dashboard you can use to update text, prices, and images. For fully custom sites, small updates are easiest through our management plan, but we can also document how to edit specific sections.
What if I need revisions during the build?
Revisions are part of the process. We share progress at multiple checkpoints and incorporate your feedback before moving on. Major scope changes (new pages, new functionality not in the original plan) may shift timeline or pricing — we’ll always confirm before starting them.
